What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are pets allowed at the cabins?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly property. We do require prior notice, and a small pet fee may apply to ensure our cabins remain clean and comfortable for all guests.

What amenities are included in the cabins?

Each cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen, private hot tub, BBQ, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cozy linens. You’ll also find eco-friendly toiletries to enhance your stay.

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in receive a full refund. For cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival. For more info click here Cancellation Policy.

Yes, we’re located just a short drive from local restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores in Ucluelet. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Do you offer guided tours or activity recommendations?

While we don’t provide guided tours, we’re happy to recommend local tour operators and activities such as whale watching, hiking, and kayaking. Just ask us!
