  1. Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
  2. 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Changes to Reservation Dates

  • Date Changes: If you need to change your reservation dates, please contact us at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
  • Rebooking Fee: A rebooking fee of $50 may apply for date changes made within 7-13 days of the original check-in date.

Early Departure Policy

No refunds will be issued for early departures once you have checked in.
